Illustrative window closes in

—
Every contributor commits ETH into one pooled total, recorded per address, across a window of 48 hours. Contributors receive GAIA in proportion to the ETH they committed, at one price for the first address and the last. The pool itself becomes the founding GAIA/WETH market: your ETH is the depth that market is made of, and you hold GAIA against it.

Your share is your share of the whole
The Origin pool is fixed at 200,000,000 GAIA — a fifth of the entire supply — and will not scale with demand. Your share is your ETH over one denominator everybody divides by: every pledge, plus the referral weight of codes that have named a payout wallet. The rate is identical for the first address and the last.
Commitments are recorded per address and can be added to at any point while the window is open. The window is 48 hours. It is set before it opens and cannot be extended, shortened or reopened, so it shuts when it always said it would.
No owner exit
Nothing can be withdrawn while the window is open. Not by us, not by anyone. The ETH stays where it was sent until the window is up.
No tiers
One rate for every participant, regardless of size or timing. What is recorded is an amount, a sender and, if you arrived through a link, a code — there is nothing else to sort anyone by.
No whitelist
The window is permissionless. There is no list to be on, and there is no maximum, and no minimum unless the owner sets one — which the contract caps at 1 ETH.
No private round
No allocation has been sold, and none will be before this window opens. The token does not exist yet, so there is nothing to sell.
Estimates assume the window closes at the current total and count pledged ETH only. Your share falls as more ETH is committed, and again as referral codes bind a payout wallet — by up to 5% in total. Codes can bind after the window has shut, so the number settles when binding stops rather than when the clock does. Nothing raises it back. A commitment is one-way. There are no refunds.
Referrals
Bring people to the window, take a cut of the pool
A link earns 5% of every commitment made through it, paid in GAIA out of the same fixed 200,000,000 — never as a fee on anyone’s ETH, so nobody pays more for arriving through one. The link is a throwaway key rather than your wallet, and that is the point: sharing it never reveals the wallet you refer from. Nothing onchain connects the two while the raise runs, and you name where the reward goes only when you claim it.
The code is a fresh keypair made in this browser. Only its public half goes into the link; the secret half stays on this device and is never transmitted, to us or to anyone. The code itself never sends a transaction, so there is nothing onchain to tie it back to the wallet you refer from.
The reward is GAIA, and it is never sent to the code. When distribution opens you name any wallet and sign once with the key — that signature is the instruction, and anyone can submit it for you, so you pay no gas and the destination never has to be funded first. Naming it then, rather than now, is what keeps the two unlinked in the meantime.
Credit is fixed by the first commitment that names a code and never moves afterwards. An address that commits bare can still adopt a code later, but the ETH it already sent is not credited backwards — a link is worth more before someone commits than after.
Safe to post
The link carries a throwaway address, not yours. Share it anywhere — it says nothing about who you are or what you hold.
Out of the pool
Referral GAIA dilutes the Origin pool. It is never taken from the referred.
Keep the secret
It is the only thing that can claim. Lose it and the rewards cannot be reached by anyone, including us — back it up now, or make a recoverable link instead.
Nothing is transmitted and no transaction is sent. The key is made here, stays here, and must be saved before the link appears.
Save this first. It is the only thing that can claim your referral rewards. It exists in this browser and nowhere else — lose it and nobody, including us, can reach them.
Enter any wallet and sign once with your key. You pay no gas, and it can be an address you have never used.
Six movements, the first two already fixed
From a seed
to a harvest
The first two movements are already fixed: the window, its terms and the arithmetic that divides the pool are all settled before a wei moves. The four that follow are the plan, marked as such, and nothing in them can rewrite what the window has recorded. Time can make an action eligible, but time alone never moves ETH — every step needs a transaction someone has to send.
Fixed · the record
Seed
Origins holds no token. It is a record and nothing more: ETH against the address that sent it, referral weight against the code that earned it. There is no pause switch, no upgrade, and nothing anyone can do to a commitment once it is recorded. The opening and closing times are set before the window opens and cannot be moved afterwards by anybody. The 200,000,000 GAIA this window distributes — a fifth of the entire supply — is published in advance and does not grow with demand.
Fixed · the window
Sowing
48 hours, fixed before it begins and impossible to extend, shorten or reopen. For that time anyone may commit ETH. Every contribution joins one recorded total under the committing address and can be added to at any point while the window stands. No maximum, and no minimum unless the owner sets one, capped at 1 ETH. No queue, no tier, no whitelist, and no advantage to arriving first beyond the total being smaller.
Everything above is settled: the window, the record, and the arithmetic that divides the pool. What follows is the plan that record was built to serve, and it is marked as plan the whole way down.
Planned · the settlement
Rooting
The close is the hinge. When it arrives the record shuts — the total, each address's amount, each code's weight, all of it public from the first commitment and fixed from that second. Every code’s weight is settled with the rest of the record, claimed or not. What comes next is designed rather than built. The intention is to pair the whole committed total with the whole 200,000,000 GAIA Origin pool and stand up the canonical GAIA/WETH market in one transaction: your ETH becomes the depth of that market, and you hold GAIA against it.
Planned · the market
Season
The pooled ETH stays where it was put, as depth under the GAIA/WETH pair. It is not handed back out and it is not held by the people who committed it — what they hold is GAIA. The 30% set aside for LP incentives is what pays the people who keep that market deep, on terms published before any of it is paid. None of that is built yet. Read this movement as intent and price it as intent.
Planned · the unlocks
Turning
Two of the six lines carry a published unlock, and they are the two a contributor should care about. The treasury and ecosystem share unlocks linearly over twelve months. The team’s share waits six months and then unlocks linearly over eighteen more, which puts the team last and behind everyone in this window. Nothing accelerates that order and nobody stands in front of it.
Planned · the return
Harvest
Every contributor receives GAIA in proportion to the ETH they committed, at one rate for the first address and the last. That is the whole of what a commitment buys, and the arithmetic for it is fixed and public before the window opens rather than settled afterwards. Each address's share is decided by the record itself the second the window shuts; until the tokens are in hand it is a record and not an entitlement. Everything that record says is already decided; the only step left is putting the tokens where it says they go.
The supply plan
1,000,000,000 GAIA, a billion seeds waiting to take root
This is the split the whole supply will be issued against, published before any of it exists. The weight of it sits with the market and with the people who turn up for this window: the Origin pool distributed here and the incentives that keep the market deep are half the supply between them.
20%
Origin pool
200,000,000 GAIA, distributed in this window and no other: 48 hours, one price, split pro rata by the ETH committed.
30%
LP incentives
300,000,000 GAIA set aside to keep the GAIA/WETH market deep and to reward the liquidity that keeps it that way.
7.5%
Community & Partnership
75,000,000 GAIA for the people and the protocols that build alongside GAIA.
7.5%
Marketing
75,000,000 GAIA to put this window, and what grows out of it, in front of people.
25%
Treasury & ecosystem
250,000,000 GAIA for grants, integrations and market operations, unlocking linearly over twelve months.
10%
Team
100,000,000 GAIA behind a six-month cliff, then linear over the eighteen months after it. Nothing at all for the first six months, and the last of the supply to come free.
The split is published before a single GAIA exists to be split. None has been minted. These are the proportions the whole supply will be issued against, written down now so they can be held against whatever ships later — and the Origin pool is the only line of the six this window touches.
Launch terms
